Dear Patient

The Practice is moving forward to Digital Ai platform consultation called ‘ PATCHS’ soon. PATCHS is Ai-assisted triage system used by NHS GP practices. It is designed to help practices manage patient requests more efficiently.

Ai can assess the urgency of a patient’s request. Ai can signpost patients to the most appropriate service such as self-care, a pharmacist, NHS 111 or a GP.

Therefore, we are replacing Ai platform PATCHS on consultation instead of current e-consultation soon.

All GP Practices are required to declare mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in the practice of Dr H Naylin in the last financial year was £22,746 before tax and National Insurance.
This is for 1 full time GP and 1 Locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months
