  • Faster Responses to Online Queries
We aim to respond to all online consultation requests by the end of the next working day — so you hear back quickly when you contact us online. E-Consultations are available throughout core hours with no caps or restrictions of availability.
  • More Appointments, When You Need Them
We’re making better use of our team and technology to increase same-day and next-day appointments, NHS 111 slot as per list size is made available to support NHS 111 and UTC redirection.
  • Signposting patients via the surgery website to better use of Local Services. Pharmacy First information can be downloaded from the surgery website. We’re working closely with local pharmacists to offer you quicker treatment for minor illnesses, freeing up GP time for those who need it most.
  • Support for the Most Vulnerable Patients
We’re improving continuity of care for those who need it most — so patients with complex needs can see the right clinician more regularly.
  • Easier Ways to Get Help
We’re encouraging the use of the NHS App and online services, and offering support to anyone who needs help getting started. We are working in partnership with local communities to deliver effective outreach and target care to address health inequalities.
